MICE – 20 participants flying from two different airports. Angie Sandoz took care of:

• all flight and hotel bookings;
• all restaurant reservations, including the handling of food allergy issues;
• visa applications;
• the entire coordination with the local tour operator and the guides;
• the planning with supplier Hitachi;
• correspondence with -and information to- the customers.
